Everything else — neighbourhood preferences, furnished vs unfurnished, pet policies — we can advise on once we know more about the employee.

No. Many of our corporate placements are done entirely remotely. We attend viewings in person and stream them live via WhatsApp or video call. The employee can ask questions and make decisions from anywhere in the world. Contract signing can also be done digitally.
